Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.Overnight Shipping:
Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method and destination. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Expedited and overnight orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the same business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Hazardous materials and oversized items may have specific restrictions and additional charges.
Delayed or Lost Shipments

Pulsehato is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.Lost Packages:

Damaged Items
Inspect your package upon receipt. If any items arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for resolution.
Incorrect Addresses
Ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Pulsehato is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
